So let’s see the first fix so what you need to do, is you need to search for a rag added in your search option. just right Regedit like add it and you will be able to see this option, which says, registry editor. So right-click on this option and then click on Run as administrator and then click on yes.
How can I fix high FPS drops while gaming
Search The >> Registry editor and then right-click > Run as administrator
So this kind of window will open, so now here let me just close everything so you can see all these options here.
For the first fix which I’m going to show you need to click on the current user, so just click on the current user and then click on the System option, so current user and the system and then expand the system option, and you will be able to see this game config store option, ok so just click on the game config store option.
If you don’t find the folders then you just paste the path.
Here on the right-hand side, you will be able to see different options, related to game DVR, so the option we are looking for is this option so this is called the game DVR underscore enabled option so just select this game DVR underscore enabled option and then right-click on it and then click on modify.
Change The GameDVR_Enabled value from >> 1 To 0
Once you see this kind of window, what you need to do is you need to change this value from 1 to 0, so just delete one from here and then write 0 here, ok so change this value from 1 to 0 and then click OK, and at this point, after doing this.
You can restart your computer, and then only this change will be applicable to your computer. After this step, you just need to click on the restart button, and after the restart most probably this problem will be gone, now if this problem is not gone even after restarting your computer.
I have the second fix for you. once again you need to go to the same place, where you see all these options, and this time you need to go to the H key local machine option.
so for fixed number 2 what you need to do is you need to click on the H key local eMachine option, expand all these options, here and then click on the software option, and under the software, you need to click on the Microsoft options.
So just expand the Microsoft options from here and then just search for policy manager, so you can scroll down where you see the policy manager, so I will just scroll down a little bit more here I can see policy manager, so I will expand that policy manager and then under policy manager, just expand this default option, and you will see so many options.
Once again here so this time you need to click on the application manager, ok so just click on application manager, you can expand this also and at last you will see this option which is called allow game DVR, so just click on allow game DVR, and here on the right-hand side, you will see all these options.
If you don’t find the folders then you copy the path and paste
Once again so what you need to do is you need to choose this last option, with the name-value this will be the last option here so you need to just right-click on this option and then click on modify, and once again you need to change this value from 1 to 0,
So just make sure that this value is 0 here and then click OK, and once you do that once again you to restart your computer, and most probably after applying, these two changes your FPS drop problem. so this how-to Fix FPS Drop While Gaming. If you like the posts so share
